Architect that can Retrospective sign off for below (in description)

We have a property that needs the below for the council to sign off our CCC requirements. We do not have the Original Documents and need a retrospective one. 15. Other Written confirmation from an architect to revisit for possible fire rating details as requested by Building Inspector Tim Elliot at cavity wrap inspection on --- (also ref. site instruction notice No. 48782) If we can get someone to the property to draft something up for us, that be great. Would like to get this done sooner rather than later. Millie ---
