Renovation design & drawings

Two story concrete block house, built/CCC 2008. Require plans drawn up for partial re-roof to roof over 2x internal gutters, add eaves & external gutters. Also to roof over and/or enclose into the house 2x internal decks to remove possible future concerns on resale (NO history of water ingress). While at it, possible re-cladding of north & west elevations which have plaster cladding over the steel portal framing - to remove plaster stigma and improve appearance. Due to partial re-roof (small sections, no need to shrink wrap) and partial re-clad, seems Council consent will be required. Need a draftsman/architect EXPERIENCED with this sort of job and TRACK RECORD of SUCCESSFULLY obtaining council planning permission for this sort of work. Hoping to submit plans in time to get consent in time to start work this Spring. Have builder, roofer etc. lined up, can’t quote without plans.
