I have a house built in 1999 that has a major design fault with the roof-line/valley gutter that has resulted in a section of my roof leaking during heavy rains. Both roofer and builder have told me that the roof-line needs to be re-designed by an architect. I am in the process of getting my house ready for sale, so need to get this issue resolved asap.
