Cafe renovation

CBD cafe approx 250m2 will be split into two. We need to update old as-built for full area, plus new plans for the half we will be retaining, including tenancy split walls, existing but reorganised kitchen, reconfigured bathrooms, fit out for new front of house. Ideally within next two weeks. Suitable for discussion with landlord on their works and submission to Council as part of a bigger landlord pack.
