The back of the house

I need a draughtsperson to meet and contribute ideas to what we have planned, then draw plans for our laundry, back porch and kitchen area, ie. across the back of the house, and also some changes to an outside room. We have an early 1920s Californian bungalow and want a better flow and more living space. Ideas so far include removing a 3/4 height wall between the toilet and laundry, putting stairs from the corner of the laundry up to the attic space (with laundry whiteware underneath), removing the ceiling from above the laundry and lining under the corrugated alumunium roof instead, replacing the back porch windows with a large set of bi-fold windows (already have them) which will need an engineer's report re the top of the space, possibly raising the back porch floor as the current floor is an old sloping one from when it was an open porch originally, removing a small wall between the porch and kitchen, and doorway next to it between the porch and dining room, then putting in a T-shaped weight-bearing beam (need engineer's report), and deciding on French doors / back door and their location, and lastly reconfiguring the old kitchen including possible removal of the windows. We also intend removing a large window area at the front of the sleepout nearby, and installing bi-fold doors to flow towards the kitchen in the house, and shifting an internal wall to accommodate a small formal dining and small spare room in the sleepout. We could also discuss ideas for the roof space re storage and a small office, as the entire roof space is insulated and has flooring installed but needs the corrugated aluminium roof properly finished underneath with insulation and lining. Lastly we would like a drawing of possible ideas for a gravel driveway to become an outdoor living space between the newly configured kitchen and formal dining in the sleepout.
