Job description
Hi I have some idea to convert the washing and drying utility room to a bedroom and build a new large utility room in the back garden area adjoins to the master bedroom. Along with this extension, I need to develop the back garden as well to flow with the new utility room. This will involve drawing up plans and obtaining council permits Regards Thushan

Brent contacted me promptly and did a sight visit quickly. He discussed the full scope of the project with me and took quite a number of photographs. Brent is a very friendly and an honest person with a big touch of professionalism. He submitted initial drawing within two weeks as promised and I was very pleased with them. I then requested for a few more drawings and he obliged without any hesitation. I recommend Brent to anyone who wants to get drawings done. He submits very good 3D designs.
