1960s renovation

We are after architectural plans for our house - which keep with the style and era of our house. Our budget for the renovation is $120k. We are only interested in hearing from architects and draftsmen- not plasterers, builders etc For that price, we’re hoping to do the following: - Replace the kitchen downstairs with a bedroom - Widen the staircase and make less steep. Alternatively, my husband would love a spiral staircase - Add a full-length bath to the bathroom upstairs and move the laundry downstairs - Re-orient the kitchen so it faces the backyard rather than the driveway (and make it longer) - Maximise the living area by pushing out the wall onto the deck so it’s flush - My son’s room downstairs resembles a prison cell - with its tiny window - so it would be nice to enlarge this and potentially push out the wall a bit to give him some more space.
