I need to have some plans drawn up for a small 12m² office extension to our house. The plans need to be suitable for lodgement for a combined Resource Consent/Building Consent/Construction and the person needs to be registered as a LBP as required by Auckland Council. Timber/weatherboard/pile construction as per NZS3604 to match existing bungalow style.
