We have a 3 (or 2.5) bedroom house and we would like to renovate it by: 1. extending the main bedroom to include an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. 2. extend the walls of the current open living area which includes the lounge, dining room and kitchen to make a larger living space. 3. adding bedrooms under the house as well as a 2nd bathroom and toilet.
