150m2 house extension

Hi there, we built a 130m2 dwelling 2 years ago and now looking to extend by 150m2, being kitchen/dining/living, master bedroom and guest bedroom, and a couple of additional walls to be added to the existing. I have drawn the concept and will provide pdf with all dimensions etc, just need a drawing package for consent and I will submit for consent myself but any relevant RFI's will need to be addressed by the draughtsperson. Drawings required for new house

I have designed a 280m2 house (plan will be supplied with all dimensions, window sizes etc) with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3-car garage, clad in direct fixed corrugated iron with a couple of areas having a feature cladding. Will need some Engineering input but I will arrange that as kitchen/dining/living will have a raking skillion ceiling. I'm after drawings, site plan, spec etc to submit for consent.
