Deck self supporting

I have an existing deck that is attached on one side to the house and wish to make it free standing. The outboard side has six posts and bracing and the internal (house side) has one post in the middle and is attached to the house with coach screws along the house edge. It is 14M long and the posts are 2.7M high. 2586 Kaiuma Bay Road (Lot 85)

Hello, my partner Angela and I are looking to find an architect to design a 4 bedroom family home for us on the section we own at Kaiuma Bay. The section itself is almost 1/3 of a Hectare and has a slope of around 1 storey from top to bottom. I am particularly interested to find someone who is interested to work with Structural insulated panels. I originally wanted to build a house out of repurposed 40ft containers but this would not fit into the covenant requirements of the sub division....

Architect - Renovations

We require an architect to provide initial plan and elevations of alterations to our 2006 two story house which will include enlarging the living areas and replacing the kitchen with some structural walls needing to be moved. also adding a covered outdoor area to one end of the house. initial floor plan and elevation design to get cost estimates from our builder will be required then we will get the architect to finalize plans and take this through council.
