Renovating the back half of the house, converting 2 bedrooms into master with new ensuite , relocating some windows. Recladding (removing asbestos). We have a good idea of what we want, but will need plans drawn up for building consent.

Andrew did a fantastic job from the initial site visit to presentation to the council for building consent. Kept us informed the whole time and worked exactly to his timings. Highly recommend Andrew for giving a high-quality outcome.
