House renovations

Need help with plans/design/submission for consent for a number of changes at our house. The changes include enclosing a main bedroom loggia (not changing the roof) which will then allow for an increase in ensuite. With a larger ensuite the plan is to reposition the toilet and shower. In addition this we would also like to redo the main bathroom including the addition of a toilet. Will need help in ensuring this work is compliant and structurally sound.
