127 Hedge & Pohutakawa cutting and pruning

I want to cut about a metre off the top and trim the sides of the hedge pictured (not the neighbour's side). Also, trim the top of Pohutakawas so they keep to a rounded shape. The very high Pohutakawa at the back needs to have dead branches removed and trimmed so it keeps a dense canopy.
