Gum tree stump removal

The tree has been cut down to 2 metres above the ground. I need someone to cut the remaining stump to ground level. The stump, and a limb that's already been felled, needs to be cut into 300mm discs ready to be cut for firewood. No need to remove the wood from site. The diameter of the stump is 1.8m.
