Job description
I have a number of stumps needing to be stump ground after a new fence being erected, access is flat and easily accessible, two of the largest stumps are 300mm in diameter and then there are three or four smaller stumps. Any mulch can be left behind, there is no garden or any other plants near any of the stumps.

Extremely disappointed on the final result, the stump was barely 6 inches below the surface and still fully intact, if Tidy Turf didn't have the appropriate equipment to complete the job he should not be in the position to take on the job The cost was way over the top for the job completed. The existing stump was ground a couple of inches below the surface and covered over.

"This customer only required a shallow depth grind as agreed on quoting inspection because he was putting the area into lawn.So I do not understand his requirement for a deeper grind AFTER the job was completed"
