Pruning and Possible Tree Removal

Hello, We recently moved into a house in Ngaio. We are hoping to have an arborist to complete the following: 1. We live on a north-facing hillside and looking to get a bit more sun to the house. The would be a bit of pruning some higher branches. 2. We have one 10 to 20 y/o tree that appears to be dying. I think our preference is to fell this tree before it falls. We are hoping to obtain an arborist to help reach this goal. We have budgeted for about 1 to 2 days of time, so we may look at prioritising particular work over others depending on what you think. We would want this work done in the next 1 to 2 months (before winter) Please note that the area where the trees are located is downslope from our house, on a 30 to 40 deg. slope. We will be more than happy to meet youat the house for a walk over. My wife or I would be able to meet this week. Thanks!
