Tree line removal

Hi, We are wanting to build a new fence, but first we need to remove the hedge/trees along the boundary line. Currently weighing up paying for a service and hiring a wood chipper. At the same time, we would like the neighbour's overhanging branch cut back as well. The fence line is approximately 30m. Cheers
