Job description
Hi, We have a tree down at the back of our property in Glendene & need it gone. Its max diameter seems to be about 60 cms so not a big job, only apply if you can attend to the job this week or early next week please as it needs to go at the earliest. Need a free quote first.

We had a tree down on our section (uprooted stump & all) & we listed a job for it to be taken away. Steve was prompt & took the tree away but we were not advised that the quote did not include for the stump to be taken away even if it was already lifted out of the ground, disappointed to see that it was put back in the ground, although it had been cut low down. We just wish we were told before hand that the stump will not be taken away & would it be considered a separate job.

"im sorry there was obviously a communication break down as have explained to customer taking stump out is a separate job would have left big hole and don't cut dirt with chainsaw its a stump grinders job to remove fallen tree thought only fallen tree not stump to remove "
