Tree Pruning and removal

I’d like to prune the tree in the picture, reduce the canopy so it does not fruit as much over summer. Would like to bring it down to within 1m of surrounding roof line. All cuttings to be removed (depending on cost). Some growth within deck area to be treated so no further growth impacts deck roof (refer photo 2 & 3).
