Cut down of Olive Tree

I have an (i think) an over grown olive tree in the garden that need to be cut down and removed. No need remove the stump, just cut down as much as possible. The estimated height is the equivalent of a two story house, but hopeful the attached photos will help. The house is a rental and the tenants are helpful when providing access. Access to the tree is via a small path around the house, therefore not enough room for a cherry picker. I assume this will need to be taken down by claiming and chopping bit by bit.
