Need 2 stumps removed

Need 2 stumps removed from a property from 1 cabbage tree and one ti tree recently cut down. Both stumps are between 300-400mm wide. Ground will need to be re-levelled back out once removed. Either need dug out by hand or ground down with a compact stump grinder as access is only 900mm between the house to where the stumps are
