Tree pruning

I have a large silk tree and one of the branches which is very high has grown over the house. I need this removed quite urgently as I have roofer coming soon to do a reroof, There is also a large tree (my neighbours) by my garage and again very high up and this has grown over the garage. Is any one available over next few days. thanks
