Stump grinding - urgent

Hi there
I can’t get my boat out because it got stuck at the back by a scaffold and then this tree stump and roots in front of the wheel
It’s supposed to be going to get fixed tmrw

It’s a bit of a long shot but I’m wondering if anyone can come and stump grind this stump in the narrow gap between the fence and my boat
Urgently tmrw morning (Tuesday)

If you can then how much

It’s at the end of the driveway so you can drive up to it

But the issue might be the quite small space between the boat and the fence?

I tried to cut up the stump with an axe but didn’t get far

The aim is so area in front of the wheel is flat down level to the driveway
