Remove yellow fir tree from driveway

Remove fir tree from driveway, half way down drive on the left hand side at 72 Tui Glen Road. We have been advised this tree may cause damage to the retaining wall that the driveway sits on that divides number 72 and number 74. I live at 74 and I am getting quotes to share with the owners at 72 who are away overseas and currently rent their property out.
