Tree chopped down

I have a small tree needing chopped down. The ladder is 1.8 m high to give you an idea of the size. I was going to do it my self but changed my mind as it is pretty close to the house. Don't need the roots taking out - leaving maybe a stump of 50 cm to 80 cm. I am happy to get rid of the branches. If you need the trunk for firewood if it is any good you are welcome to it - which ever is cheaper for me.
