Remove Dutch Elm Disease tree

One elm tree with Dutch Elm Disease. I need to have it removed and its stump grinded. Wood chips can be left on-site or securely removed, either way is fine. The elm tree is street facing so access is not a problem. I also have a couple of fruit trees at the back that I want to be pared back for pest control, that I would like you to inspect and quote separately.
