Stump Removal

We need someone who can remove/grind to lawn level a large stump from our backyard that is hard up against the boundary fence (we are not ready to replace this just yet so would like the fence to remain intact) Tree was cut down years ago and our little chainsaw can't handle it. Access is steep-ish on the way down the back, but flattish next to the stump. May not be suitable for machinery. We can deal with the rubbish.
