Job description
Stump about 2 foot high. Roots underfoot raised to about ½ foot above ground level. In early stages of general rot. Only access is via 0.95 meter wide gate to backyard. Looking to get to ground level so cut and a bit of a grind I guess. I can remove stones etc can be removed prior. In Boulcott Lower Hutt .
