Tree trimming and one tree removal, vine removal

I have three very old beautiful magnolia trees that need careful trimming, one tree (not sure of kind) that needs to be cut down and removed and a creeping vine that needs to be removed. My mother lives in this house and will oversee the job and will be the day-to-day contact.
