Pruning of Beech Tree

Could you please send me a quote for a heavy pruning of the tree in the rear of 1020 George Street Dunedin. I will consider a lump sum or hourly rates. The main stump and a few of the main branches can be left to deal with another time. The cut timber can be left in the yard for me to deal with but should be cut into moveable lengths. Note that the access to the rear of the house is very limited and may be impossible to get a cherry picker/ boom arm through. If you have a small machine, could you send me the clearance width needed as I may be able to relocate part of the raised garden bed to make more room. It might be better to climb the tree to do the work though. Note that some care will be needed to prevent damage to the rear house a the neighbouring garden wall.
