Removal of privet trees

We have some (3-4) invasive privet trees on our property that have grown very high and bushy that we would like removed and stumps ground down so that they will not regrow. You can chip the wood and leave it to cover the lawn. Timeframe: not urgent but ready to be done now. NB: access is difficult- we are down a very steep drive, and access to backyard is down a steep slope, and I am not sure how a wood chipper machine could be brought there...if it can be lifted, a better access point would be from our neighbour's place, but there is a fence (c.1.5 m high).
