Treadmill keeps blowing it's fuse #2

i have an old treadmill that used to work fine. it was put in storage but no it blows a fuse everytime I plug it in and turn it on.. Want to pay someone who knows what they are doing to inspect it and tell me what repairs are likely to involve.
