Bruce came to repair a broken dishdrawer. He was amicable and seemed to have a good understanding of dishdrawers. Unfortunately, I still have a broken appliance. Bruce educated me enough to know the next steps: get a new part and put it in myself. While I'm a bit frustrated that I still don't have a working appliance, Bruce did a thorough job of getting it ready for the next step.

Tradesperson reply
"Dishdrawers are notorious for being time consuming when detecting and effecting a successful repair, due to the number of components needing to be checked to determine where the fault exists. I utilise my knowledge and experience, supplier contacts to research and source replacement parts by the customer themselves to eliminate cost mark ups and provide a one month workmanship warranty. Thank you for your work Gina. Glad your appliance is operating again."
