Install Dishwasher

I have moved into a house which doesn’t have a dishwasher. There has never been a dishwasher in the house meaning there is no “gap” for one. I want to install a dishwasher next to the sink. This will involve cutting a space for it in cupboards, and extending the kitchen bench by a couple of inches to cover it.
