Bosch front loader door not closing

Bosch Maxx Classic WAE20260AU. Bought second-hand 8 months ago and even then the door needed a bit of a jiggle and push to close properly (click) otherwise the machine would come up with the error message that the door wasn't closed. Have had a friend living in the house this year and they say the door now won't close properly at all. Apparently the place where the door latches into has 'fallen in', hoping to have a photo this evening (we're down south at the moment so can't easily check). Would be great to have someone look at it in the next few days if possible.
