F&P Washing Machine - error 130 "rotor position sensor error"

Fisher and Paykel top loader washing machine is stopping during wash cycle and beeps. Unfortunately we cannot identify the model number, as the sticker has been peeled off. Dashboard provides error code --- (error 130), which we understand indicates rotor position sensor error. We are looking for someone to come as soon as possible.
