Dishwasher won't drain!!!

Help working out what the issue is and to complete the repair. The dishwasher drainage pipe doesn't seem to be blocked (disconnected and looked). Might be the drainage pump, but need to be sure. We urgently need this up and running again in the next day or so and it might be a simple fix! Thanks.
