Insinkerator fail!
Job description
Our insinkerator needs fixing. Last time we tried to use it, water began pouring through the motor, into the cupboard below and shorting the insinkerator out. Suspect it may be fatal for the insinkerator. . . Open to repair, replacement or just putting a normal waste pipe in its place, whatever is most cost effective.

Bruce was super-responsive - very communicative and clear. He arranged to do the job an hour after we confirmed. Told me why we needed to do in advance to keep his time on site to a minimum.

"Communicated replacement only option (as advised water had leaked into motor assembly creating a short circuit event).Appreciated advice, obtained replacement for me to fit. Completed installation and asked to assess electric gate problem.Determined due to water entering control box switch contacts corroded leading to failure.Advised to resource replacement and also a waterproof hood cover to prevent a recurrence.Lovely customer to deal with.Thanks Polly!"
