"Julie and Garth were just a lovely, lovely couple to work with. Several scenarios were raised, checked and proved inconclusive. I advised that Dishdrawers are notorious to troubleshoot, which they accepted. I concluded that the cause could probably be attributed to a faulty control board. In the meantime, I asked that they monitor its performance and to contact me should the problem return for further advice. Agreed. Thank you both for being so understanding and patient 😊"
