"Alan's top loader washing machine displayed a 32 error code which related to a failed drain pump. I removed and fitted a 2nd hand replacement drain pump (that I had on hand and accelerated the repair), reassembled and tested ok. Alan was very pleased to have his machine functional again and was a pleasure to interact with, thank you Alan 😊"
