"Aly was engaging, patient and understanding. I explained that the flood switch had deactivated due to water pooling in the bottom pan. I suspected the cause to be either overfilling, sump filter guard obstructing or oversudsing as the hoses were intact with no splits. I dried out the pan, reset the flood switch, placed on a test and it tested ok. Aly was receptive to the advice conveyed including providing her with a Preventative Maintenance Schedule.
