Modes 5.5kg top loader not turning on, I’ve checked the wall socket and looked in the back for a blown fuse but I can’t see one so reaching out for assistance this is the model --- /

"Ben's washer had suffered a terminal event which I would put down to a poorly manufacturing design. The wiring loom had vibrated and come into contact with the metal cabinet casing, short circuiting and fusing the conductors. Assessed uneconomic to repair, a Technical Report supported findings, not a User fault and recommended seeking full replacement from where originally purchased. Within 5 year timeframe covered under the Consumers Guarantees Act. Confirmed not fit for purpose."
