Bruce did a great job, he correctly set out up front his estimate of the likely cost of the job and possible issues that might increase that cost. Not only was he bright and breezy in the way he dealt with me and how he went about the job, but the assumptions he made about the issues that arose proved to be correct. His workmanship was of a high quality and he gave me insights into the workings of a clothes dryer as we progressed through the repair. I would definitely engage Bruce again.
