Fridge/freezer repair - Whirlpool On Friday noticed bread in the freezer wasn’t frozen and then that everything except the bottom quarter was defrosted. Lots of ice on one side, as though something had leaked and formed icy drips in the side. Pulled all those off and disposed of the defrosted food. Fridge is cool but not properly chilled. Chilly bin ice blocks at the bottom stayed frozen. Ice cube trays low down also stayed frozen but have been evaporating very quickly over the weekend. I love this fridge/freezer and would love to have it repaired rather than having to buy a new one (which is not in the budget). Photos show model details and pic of layout etc.

Bruce has been amazing. He diagnosed the issue with my freezer, helped me source a part and fitted it. He was great at making times for site visits and then showing up as arranged. Good communication and just really easy to deal with. Bruce will be my appliance repair go-to person forever now.
