Haier Dishwasher - HDW100WCT - Dishwasher not completing clean cycle

Dishwasher has recently been unplugged and moved slightly. Since then the Dishwasher doesn't finish a clean cycle. It's starts, can hear water moving around inside, but eventually just stops, sometimes with some low clicking sounds or humming.
