Job description
I tried to superglue a broken button and not it is stuck and not it won't click. Parmco oven model is OV-1-6S-8

The oven only needed a new button changed. Contractor ordered the wrong button before visiting. The client's measurements of the broken button was incorrect. The contractor didn't know how to get the buttons out so tried to pry open the panel leaving some dents. The correct button cost about $30 but the total invoice came to over $170 after adding on the cost of the wrong button, call out fee and a vehicle fee. Renegotiated the invoice down to $115.
