Fix washing machine

Washing machine needs fixing. It keeps pausing mid-cycle, and shows a message "Cannot fill water. Please check that the tap is open and then press play/pause button" (see attached pic). When we press the button it starts up again and eventually the washing gets done, but we have to keep pressing the button. Model is an electrolux EWF 1481. Please quote either for the cost of fixing the machine (if you can tell this based on the information I've given), or for your call out fee to come and figure out what's wrong and what it'll cost to fix (and if the price is right you can fix it there and then).

Kris was great. Very helpful, immediate communication and provided advice on getting a new machine when ours turned out to be not worth fixing (despite this meaning he lost out on the fixit job)
