Built in oven not working

About a year after we bought our new development townhouse our built in oven stopped working (we think it’s an electrical fault but unsure if it’s the model, however, we left it too late on the warranty side of things). We would like to get it fixed or replaced as we’ve been using a mini conventional oven as a replacement in the mean time.
