Samsung TV stopped operating online e.g. YouTube etc and unable to operate Sky by remote even though the Sky remote works on our other TV so not remote fault. Our other TVs are linked and we can watch TV and Sky by playing it on our other TVs so TV not at fault. Cannot change stations or operate by remote the Samsung TV.
